Beava connects neighbors who need help with neighbors who can help. Post a task when you need something done, or browse tasks to find work helping others. Build trust through vouches and reviews.

Vouches are personal endorsements from people who know you. They help build trust in the community. Ask neighbors, friends, or people you've worked with to vouch for you.

Click "Post a Task" from your dashboard. Describe what you need, set your budget or payment preference, and choose a time window. Your task will be visible to helpers in your neighborhood.

Review bids from interested helpers. Check their profiles, ratings, reviews, and vouches. Message them with questions. Accept the bid that feels right for you.

You can pay with your account balance (includes any credits you've earned), trade/barter, or pay-it-forward. Set your preference when posting and helpers will bid accordingly.

Browse "Find Work" to see available tasks in your area. Set up your skills and availability so matching tasks appear first. Submit bids on tasks you're interested in.

Go to Skills & Rates in your dashboard. Set an hourly rate range or leave it blank to quote per job. Your rates help task posters know what to expect.

Payment depends on what's agreed. For paid tasks, funds are transferred from the poster's account balance when the task is marked complete. Set up payout methods in your wallet settings.

Your account balance includes earnings from helping others, referral bonuses, and any funds you add. Use your balance to pay for tasks or request a payout to your bank account.

When you earn money through Beava, it goes to your wallet balance. Request a payout to your bank account or PayPal. Minimum payout is $10. Payouts typically process within 2-3 business days.

Meet in public places when possible. Check vouches and reviews. Trust your instincts. Share your location with a friend. Use in-app messaging so there's a record. Report any concerns.

Use "Report an Issue" in the Support section or contact us at safety@beava.ca. For emergencies, always contact local authorities first.

Verify your email by clicking the link we send. Add and verify your phone number. For ID verification, go to Edit Profile and start the verification process.

Go to Security settings and scroll to "Danger Zone." You can deactivate (temporary) or delete (permanent) your account. Deletion removes all your data and cannot be undone.
